Final Fantasy 15's Noctis is the next DLC character for Tekken 7

"Noctis Lucis Caelum from Final Fantasy XV enters the Tekken 7 ring", Bandai Namco detailed in a blurb accompanying a gameplay trailer. Cloud from FFVII is still playable in Super Smash Bros for the Wii U. With Cloud fighting Ryu in Smash and Noctis soon to be fighting Akuma in Tekken, we're only a few steps away from Street Fighter X Final Fantasy.

You can check out the full announcement trailer below revealing Noctis as the next DLC character for Tekken 7 which is due to release sometime in Spring 2018.

As in Final Fantasy XV, the Tekken version of Noctis will be able to wield spectral weapons.

Additionally, some of the Tekken 7 Noctis moves are shown to include elements of magic. For example, there is also FF15 content in Assassin's Creed Origins, just giving them more ways to enjoy and appreciate Square Enix's RPG no matter what they're playing.

At this point, it's unclear what other crossover characters and stages Bandai Namco is working on and all of its focus may be on getting this Final Fantasy 15 DLC right.

Tekken 7 is available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
