Now, the streaming service site has just recently rolled out a new promo for the newest season of Stranger Things and it seems like the video hints at the origins of Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) and children subjected to government experiments just like her. The wildly successful Netflix series returns for its second season of nostalgia-tinged horror and adventure.

We got our last good look at the season back in July at San Diego Comic-Con, in which we saw that we can expect more nostalgia and bigger monsters in the upcoming season, and based on this new trailer, there's that and more. Watch the new trailer below.

Stephen King and Steven Spielberg fans will have another reason to visit the "upside down", as Netflix reveals the episode titles for the first six episode of "Stranger Things" season 2.

"You should go now". Along they way, they contend with supernatural forces unleashed from an alternate dimension known as the Upside Down.

"It's all connected to this singular threat, which is tied into this shape that Will sees in the sky". In addition to Astin, the series has also added Paul Reiser (Aliens), Brett Gelman (Jobs), Dacre Montgomery (Power Rangers), Danish actress Linnea Berthelsen, and Broadway star Sadie Sink into the mix as well.

Netflix has premiered the second and final trailer for the second season of Stranger Things on Friday (October 3), which launches globally on October 27.
