"We are confident the Star Wars limited edition of the VR7000 will be a big hit". The Stormtrooper edition calls out "Let's go!" as soon as it starts cleaning the room, while the Darth Vader variant makes the iconic breathing noises of the Sith Lord. It separates dust from dirt and debris to keep the filter cleaner for longer as well as an extra-wide 290mm brush, and sensor technology which allows the vacuum to map out the space of your home and calculate an efficient cleaning path that avoids obstacles.

The Darth Vader version of the robot vacuum has a special cover that has been created using premium materials that resemble Lord Vader's all-black mask. Both versions produce sounds associated with their respective character. They feature Samsung's proprietary (and aptly named) CycloneForce and Edge Clean Master tech to clean close to walls and edges.

The Darth Vader version goes on preorder October 10th in the US for about $800, and it comes with Wi-Fi connectivity and its own remote. The Visionary Mapping Plus feature enables the vacuum to work autonomously by mapping the room and finding the fastest cleaning routes.

In the wake of the new trailer for the upcoming film "Star Wars: The Last Jedi", Samsung seeks to get in on the action by releasing its limited edition Star Wars-themed vacuum cleaners. They are available for pre-order from Samsung's website today and will be released on November 5th.

The Darth Vader model will apparently state "you are powerful" when it goes into turbo mode and play the Imperial March when it's returning to its charging station.
