Ozil is back in team training this week after a knee inflammation and is available for Saturday's Premier League game at Watford, while Sanchez will not be back at the club until Friday after returning late from Chile's World Cup qualifier against Brazil.

The Frenchman told reporters: "I will have to speak to him".

Sanchez and Chile will rue the Arsenal keepers lack of knowledge of the rules or perhaps we are being to harsh on a goalkeeper whose reaction should always be to make the save.

It's expected Sanchez will leave Arsenal at the end of the season, which will lead to a scramble to sign the forward. "It was a very physical game [against Brazil]".

"I don't think [it will]".

"It is my understanding [that he wants to stay]", said Wenger of the Germany global. "The World Cup is a stimulant, I don't deny that, but when you don't have it you focus on your club and what you can achieve with your club".

"Ozil wants to play another two to three years in the Premier League".

"I am more concerned that yesterday afternoon I watched the whole game, Brazil against Chile, to see how hard the game was and I must say he got some special treatment in this game".

"From what I'm seeing and the way he's reacting with the team at the moment, looking in from the outside, I don't think he's sulking".

Winterburn said: "You want a happy Sanchez, but personally I couldn't care less if he's happy or not, as long as he produces the performances", "I've said this all along".

Alexis Sanchez and his Chile teammates missed out on a place at the World Cup in freaky circumstances last night.

Wenger agreed that Wilshere could be the flawless solution for Gareth Southgate's side.
