Conor McGregor In Talks With WWE To Appear At WrestleMania 34

"I think Conor's full of shit, I don't think he's going to fight this year".

"You know, he's tough as well".

Apparently, McGregor is a huge fan of professional wrestling as noted by sources close to the "Notorious" Irishman, the UFC Lightweight Champion has drawn influence from The Rock and Ric Flair for the trash-talk and fight promotion aspects of his persona. It's the trilogy, the first two fights, the back and forth between the guys and the way the fights went. But of course, it makes sense that he fights (Ferguson), he defends the belt. The Ferguson fight is an interesting one as well. He's an exciting fighter so it will be an exciting fight, so either or. Because if you go to 170, if you go to 185, or even if you drop to 145, I will fucking follow you, Conor, and I will haunt your fucking dreams, kid, and I will come after you.

"That's all you've got to do: just set it down and you won't get ass kicked, I swear, by another Mexican". Will it be interim titleholder Tony Ferguson who won the title over Kevin Lee this past Saturday night at UFC 216 or will it be Nate Diaz, who has already fought McGregor twice? "But this time it looks like a deal is going to be locked into place". "But yeah, without a doubt if he wants to stand and bang with Conor it'll be lights out fairly quick, I think".

It's been said a couple of times by us, but it's worth mentioning again Tony Ferguson isn't quite all there. "I've turned down some things, the conversation's still ongoing". "Do you know what I mean?" "So yeah, I think that's what's going to happen". Where Diaz, like, Conor was landing all the shots on Diaz as well and all the other stuff that we came up with worked against Diaz, it's just he kept coming and coming and coming and coming. "And I will put some pain on you, bro".

Dismissing Ferguson as the easier fight will certainly draw the ire of the interim champion but it will be up to the UFC to decide which of the two fighters McGregor faces next.
