Iowa State law enforcement is seeking the public's help in finding three girls abducted by a woman who they believe is heading to northwest Iowa or Minnesota.

The Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation confirmed to KCCI that the girls were found safe and returned to a family member. The children had previously been removed from the care of 25-year-old Danica Arzaga and were in the custody of a relative at the time of their disappearance.

They believe the vehicle is headed to northwest Iowa or Minnesota. The vehicle has an Iowa license plate number of 561XEY. Arzaga has a large eagle tattoo on her chest.

Olivia, who is 3 feet and 40 pounds, was last seen wearing a pink pajama sleeper and slippers.

The alert was issued Tuesday just after 4 p.m. for a 4-year-old and two 8-year-olds the Clay County Sheriff's Office said were believed to be abducted from Royal, Iowa by their mother. Adia was last seen wearing a pink short sleeve shirt, blue jeans and multicolored tennis shoes.
