Thursday will bring partly sunny skies, along with a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2 p.m. Light southwest wind becoming south 10 to 15 miles per hour in the morning.

Wednesday: Sunny, delightful. High: 80. With limited rain it will be warmer with afternoon highs reaching the low 90s.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms are possible between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. today.

Wednesday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms before 1am. With a warm front to our north, Friday and Saturday will be hot, humid and a bit unsettled with a chance for showers and storms.

The chance for showers and storms will be going up for Thursday and Friday.

Friday: Cloudy early with thunderstorms developing later in the day. Chance of rain is 50 percent.

As you're getting up conditions outside will be mostly clear to partly cloudy with temperatures in the mid-60s to low 70s and have winds from the southeast at 5-15 miles per hour. By Friday, a hot and humid air mass will settle over CT as we'll be caught in between a "Bermuda High" to our east and a cold front to our west.
