Those familiar with Jenna Dewan Tatum's dancing career know that she once worked as a backup dancer for artists including Janet Jackson and Justin Timberlake.

Before Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan Tatum danced their way into defining relationship goals, it turns out that Dewan Tatum dated someone equally swoon-worthy: Justin Timberlake, for whom she used to be a backup dancer.

The dance-off was documented in the Britney Spears Lifetime movie, "Britney Ever After", but according to Dewan Tatum, it never actually happened.

Jenna Dewan-Tatum admits that she and her husband Channing Tatum sometimes break out in dance while relaxing at home! And I really wish I could say that that happened because that would be the coolest story in the world. She also added, "I was not the rebound!"

Alongside a picture of Jenna cradling the tiny tot, which was posted on her Instagram account, she wrote: "To say my life completely changed when this little angel was born is an understatement". Because I am not ready to let it go. It was the craziest, wildest thing. but there was no dance-off! No one puts her family first like my mom, and no one loves and supports me as unconditionally as her. Thanks for being the best example in every way mom I love you so much. We were like friends that then dated. "We were like friends, that then I was not the rebound chick!"

"We got to show ['Magic Mike"] to her before one of her friends at school is like, "I saw this movie your dad's in.'" Jenna explains. But no, I was not a rebound. "It's not as salacious as everyone thinks".

"We dated. Not that long".
