We've spent our days theorizing, re-watching, re-reading and replaying every plot in "Game of Thrones" to no avail.

However, the latest news also says some notable characters were not included in the first photos of "Game of Thrones" Season 7.

There is a shot of Cersei Lannister atop the iron throne with her solemn lover-brother Jaime Lannister beside her.

At the end of last season, Daenerys' (Emilia Clarke) dragons and her vast army were finally on the way to Westeros, where Cersei (Lena Headey) has now become Queen after the death of her children. Jaime Lannister, however was not happy on seeing his sister being crowned. Daenerys, who finally realises that she must head to Westeros to claim her throne, joins forces with Tyrion.

Cersei's rivals for the throne are back too - Jon Snow, in his usual fur and leather get-up, and Daenarys Targaryen, looking regal in a dragon-scale-like dress and cape.

Looks like Arya Stark is in no mood to feel defeated.

Hodor is no longer with us, so it falls on Meera to drag Bran through the snow now.

The last time Sansa Stark took Little Finger's advice, she ended up marrying Ramsay Bolton.

And there's Jon Snow, for whom winter is always coming. As we stated earlier, it looks like Daenerys and her troop have landed at Westeros.

Very few people can say what goes on inside the mind of Lord Varys.

HBO released a handful of images from the upcoming, seven-episode season (debuting Sunday, July 16), and the pics are available for immediate viewing via the attached gallery.
