New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski is known for a lot of things, though assisting with White House press briefings is not one of them.

Before joining President Donald Trump in the Rose Garden, Gronkowski entered into the White House press briefing to see if Spicer needed any help fielding questions from thie media. "And he started it with his coach, and I want to tell you that is one special man".

HollywoodLifers, do you think Trump was dissing Tom by not mentioning his name at the Patriots' White House visit?

Kraft was one of at least seven National Football League team owners who gave $1 million each to Trump's inaugural committee, a new fundraising report shows. If you're thinking that maybe Trump just made a decision to not mention any of the players who skipped out on the White House visit, that doesn't seem to be the case because Danny Amendola - who wasn't in attendance - got a shout-out during the speech.

Seven members of the team did not attend the White House event, including some who said they were skipping it for political reasons. Tom Brady is a longtime friend of Trump's.

Trump congratulated Trey Flowers for his key fourth-quarter sack.

"I don't feel welcome in that house".

If Trump did snub Brady on objective, it's possible that the president was slightly upset at Brady's decision not to attend the White House ceremony.

In September 2015, The Boston Globe reported that a "Make America Great Again" hat was spotted in Brady's locker, and he said that he was given it by Patriots owner Bob Kraft.

"I called up and I said, 'Coach, do you mind if I read the letter tonight to a stadium full of people on very, very big and important stage, '" Trump said at the Super Bowl LI ceremony at the White House.

Gronkowski, 27, did not participate in the Patriots Super Bowl win against the Atlanta Falcons, as he was recovering from a back injury.

Trump did eventually get around to congratulating the Patriots on their improbable victory - which he, of course, likened to his in last year's election.
