The White House confirmed that President Trump is coming to Kenosha on Tuesday.

Trump plans to sign an order in Wisconsin to tighten rules on technology companies bringing in highly skilled foreign workers.

"It's encouraging to know that our elected officials at the highest levels of government recognize the importance of American manufacturing and American workers and have chosen Snap-on to highlight this vital focus", Pinchuk said.

His speech is expected to take place at 2 p.m., and he is likely to visit locations around the city following his appearance at the closed event. Its products include hand and power tools, diagnostics software, information and management systems, and shop equipment for use in a variety of industries, including agriculture, the military and aviation.

Trump promises to work with Wisconsin's congressional delegation to get a solution. According to the company's website, it has eight manufacturing sites in North America, including the one in Wisconsin.

Trump is scheduled to give comments Tuesday at the Kenosha headquarters of the tool manufacturer Snap-On Inc.

The visit to the toolmaker Snap-on is seen by some as a strategic move by Trump, who was spurred to victory in November by working-class voters in Wisconsin. Ron Johnson and Gov. "Kenosha is the hometown of Trump's Chief of Staff, Reince Priebus".

Canada has chose to impose import taxes on ultra-filtered milk, a protein liquid concentrate used to make cheese.

About 70 dairy producers in both Wisconsin and NY are affected. The change has left about 75 Wisconsin dairy farmers with no place to sell their milk, a problem that Walker and others have been pressing the Trump administration to address.
