Other than Virbhadra Singh, those charged in the case include Pratibha Singh, wife of Virbhadra Singh, LIC agent Anand Chauhan, a fruit merchant Chunni Lal, Joginder Singh Ghalta, Prem Raj, Lawan Kumar Roach, Vakamullah Chandrashekhara and Ram Prakash Bhatia.
The chargesheet also names Chauhan, who is in judicial custody.
Chauhan was arrested by Enforcement Directorate in July previous year in a separate money laundering case related to the present case.
Meanwhile, the Delhi High Court earlier today had dismissed Virbhadra Singh and his wife's plea seeking quashing of the disproportionate assets case filed by the CBI.
The Delhi High Court had earlier in the day denied them any relief and removed the interim stay on his interrogation or arrest.

Congress spokesperson Dr. Abhishek Manu Singhvi said that there can not be double standards for Mr. Hemanta Biswa Sarma in Assam and Mr. VK Singh and have another standards for Virbhadra Singh. Union minister V.K. Singh's secretary is being investigated for fraud but the minister was not even questioned although everybody knows a secretary has no influence of his own.
The matter was transferred by the Supreme Court to the Delhi High Court, which on April 6, 2016 had asked CBI not to arrest Singh and had directed him to join the probe.
The people in the state and the Congress, in particular, would not tolerate attempts of BJP leaders to tarnish the image of Virbhadra Singh and destabilise the democratically elected government, a statement by the ministers, including Vidya Stokes and Mukesh Agnihotri, said.
The BJP on Sunday hit out at the Congress for letting Himachal Pradesh chief minister Virbhadra Singh continue after a chargesheet was filed against him by the CBI. The CBI sought to vacate the order, contending that it was hampering the investigation.
"Everybody is aware that false and fabricated cases were made against Virbhadra Singh in the past also but every time he had come out clean from the courts", the ministers said.
