Kota:The Government Railway Police in Kota, Rajasthan, lodged an FIR against Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan and others under several charges, including rioting, while he was in Kota for the promotion of his film Raees on January 24. Singh has mentioned in the briefing that a gift was fallen down near his trolley, which caused published to gushed into that direction, causing the said property a huge damage. The reason for his withdrawal he sates is his financial status, he told Hindustan Times, "I have sent an application and said that I do not want any action in the case". The crowd also robbed cash from his stall, he said. Singh is clueless how the accusation of trolley damage appeared in the FIR.

The Shah Rukh Khan film Raees that features the actor playing a grey shaded character, released on January 25. "This caused a stampede-like situation at the platform and in the scuffle, his trolley overturned and items on it were damaged and he also got injured".

Vikram Singh, 33, who runs a fruit juice stall at the station had lodged the complaint with the additional chief judicial magistrate railway court in Kota, who had forwarded the complaint to the GRP for investigation. Giving a further heft to the intellectual bent of the series is its host, Shah Rukh Khan.

The complainant Vikram Singh has alleged that Khan's fans created a ruckus at the station when he arrived for the promotion of "Raees", SHO of GRP police station said as reported by PTI.
